Retail Associate (Part-Time)

  • Our Retail Associates are the friendly, steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly. This is a people-forward role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and juggling both in-person and behind-the-scenes tasks.

  • What You’ll Do

    • Greet guests and create a warm, welcoming experience
    • Assist customers with retail purchases and class-related questions
    • Use POS systems and handle basic math and cash transactions
    • Communicate with guests and team members via email and internal systems
    • Use tools like Google Drive, Sheets & Docs to stay organized
    • Keep retail and front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
    • Support classes and events as needed

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced  customer-facing environment with frequent interaction
    • Confident using computers and everyday tech (email; Google: Drive, Sheets, Docs; POS systems)
    • Able to learn and follow processes and workflows
    • Physically able to stay active throughout a shift
    • Team-oriented, positive, and respectful — unfriendly folks need not apply
