This is a physically active, fast-paced position that’s perfect for someone who takes pride in doing important work well.

• Wash, dry, and organize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools
• Keep dish and kitchen areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Support chefs and assistants by keeping equipment ready and available
• Help with general cleaning tasks as needed (floors, trash, kitchen upkeep)
• Follow cleanliness and food safety standards

• Reliable, steady, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically engaging environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items unassisted
• Willing to stay busy and keep things moving
