PREP PASS

A PREP Pass is a promotional value coupon that can be purchased online and redeemed for a single (non-series), adult class - which is most of our classes. 2025 PREP Passes can be purchased for $84 and redeemed for most of our $114 adult classes - a savings of over 25%!

Within 72 hours of purchase, you will receive an email with a personalized PREP Pass code(s) to redeem/book your class(es) on our website. For example, if you purchase 5 PREP Passes, you will receive 5 individual PREP Pass codes that can be used 5 separate times. 

You can start using them on April 1, 2025, and the promotional value expires on November 1, 2025. The promotional value is only good for classes booked and occurring between April 1, 2025 through November 1, 2025. To get the full promotional value of your PREP Pass, use them for classes occurring on or before November 1, 2025. The paid amount of $84 towards a class never expires.

These terms and conditions herein supersede any other prior terms.

“PREP Pass ” - Promotional Value Coupon (2025 PREP Passes are currently priced at $84)

“Promotional Value” - Current cost of one regular-priced Adult Cooking Class. PREP Passes good for one regular-priced Adult Cooking Class during the Promotional Period. The Promotional Value can be used toward a higher-priced single (non-series) adult class if the balance owed is paid with cash/credit card. Must redeem PREP Passes by November 1, 2025. To receive full Promotional Value you must use them on classes occurring on or before November 1, 2025. Promotional Value expires on November 1, 2025. The purchase price of $84 towards a class never expires. 

“Promotional Period” - April 1, 2025, through November 1, 2025 (a full 7 months). Promotional Value is valid for classes booked and occurring during the Promotional Period. If a PREP Passis used to book a class occurring outside of the Promotional Period, only the purchase price of $84 will be counted toward the class, and the remaining balance will be owed. In the event that PREP reschedules a class that was originally booked during the Promotional Period, Promotional Value will be honored. For all other rescheduled classes after the Promotional Period, the purchase price of $84 will be applied, with the balance owed in cash/credit card. 

“PREP Pass code/ number” - upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. This order number is NOT your PREP Pass code. Within 72 hours of that confirmation email, our team will send you a second email with a personalized PREP Pass code/ number. Your PREP Pass code will be redeemed to book classes online through our website. You will enter it as a "Gift or Discount Code” during checkout. If you have purchased multiple PREP Passes, the value of one regular-priced Adult Cooking Class will be deducted each time you use your PREP Pass code until your full amount of PREP Passes are used. We recommend keeping track of your classes booked so you always know how many you have left. 

Booking is subject to availability. Only 50% of total class space is reserved for PREP Passes. In rare cases, we may reach out to let you know that PREP Passes are at capacity and ask you to choose a different class.
