Dylan’s journey into the world of baking began..
as a cherished childhood hobby with her grandma, creating delightful treats for holidays, birthdays, and those much-needed pick-me-ups. While baking brought joy, it was never on her radar as a career.
After enrolling at San Francisco State University…
to pursue a teaching degree, Dylan took a job at a local French bakery. It was here that her love for baking blossomed into a true passion. As she mastered the art of French desserts, Dylan realized that baking was more than just a pastime—it was her calling. Embracing this newfound passion, she switched her major and ultimately earned two degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts.
Today,
Dylan combines her two loves—baking and teaching—by sharing her expertise with both adults and children who are eager to learn. She specializes in creating specialty diet desserts, including sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan pastries, alongside indulgent treats brimming with flavor and creativity.
When she’s not in the classroom or bakery, you can find Dylan crafting stunning wedding cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, infusing each creation with her signature style and passion.
